Pricing
renting options – yearly and monthly
Each property can allow one or more of the following renting option
A) YEARLY RENT – Payment upfront for the amount of years agreed at a discounted price.
B) YEARLY CONTRACT WITH MONTHLY PAYMENTS – The last 3 months of the year will be payed upfront as a deposit and will be followed by 9 monthly payments, starting from month 1 to 9.
The deposit will be lost for early check out, before one year.
C) MONTLY PAYMENT – This is the only form of payment that include all the utilities, such as
Wi-Fi, 2 x week cleaning service, rubbish service and unlimited electricity.
- For yearly contracts the utility will be payed separately, so are not included.
